New Sales & Marketing Strategy with Intermarc
Dallas, Texas - March 14, 2002 - Humanetics II, LTD., a Dallas based metals fabricator since 1970, announced today that it has expanded the scope of its field sales assigned to Intermarc, manufacturers' representatives in the Southwest since 1978.
Intermarc, headed by Larry C. Tooker, Sr., has managed about 50% of Humanetics' sales the past 10 years. Director of Operations, Brad Trahan, advises, "This brings a more concentrated sales effort to several key accounts and strengthens our inside sales and customer service by allowing Humanetics to utilize its most experienced people."
Humanetics is an integral supplier of precision sheet metal fabricated and/or machined parts for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers (CMs) in the telecommunication, semi-conductor, medical, and defense industries.
Chairman & CEO, Art Holbrook also announced Humanetics' recent acquisition of Legacy-Metalworks, a specialized quick-turn and prototype shop, based in Dallas.
This gives Humanetics three Texas manufacturing locations - a 113,000 square foot facility in Dallas/Carrollton, a 55,000 square foot facility in Austin/Manor, and the second Dallas/Carrollton location (primarily servicing customer engineering, development & prototype requirements) consisting of 17,000 square feet. Humanetics' lean and quick-response manufacturing techniques utilized in all three plants allow the company to meet customers' quick-turn requirements.
