  • The online Inventory database gives the customer the ability to check the availability of a finished goods part. The database contains the following information: part number, part description, location, quantity on hand, quantity on order, and quantity in wip. The database is updated nightly.

  • Online Open Sales Orders

  • The Open Orders program allows the customer to see what orders they have placed with Humanetics. Once the orders are shipped they are moved to the Tracking system. Open orders and tracking records are updated nightly so that you have the latest information.

  • Online RMA

  • The RMA system allows you to retrieve a RMA number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without having to call your customer service representative. This system automatically notifies our Quality Control Department of incoming product so that they may quickly resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  • Online Shipment Tracking

  • You can use Tracking to check the status of your shipment at any time during and after delivery. With just a few clicks, you can check the status of your product from carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Clark, Airborne, and many others. Tracking records are updated nightly so that you have the latest information and we keep the last 90 days of shipments so that you may track past shipments.

  • Online Turret Tools Database

  • The Turret Tool List is a database of our specials, rounds, obrounds, rectangles, and many other types of forming tools for our Amada punch presses. CAD drawings are available in PDF format for special tools.

  • Customized Reports

  • The Information Technology Department can customize reports for the customer. For example: open order summary, shipment summary, inventory summary, etc... We can format the data in a variety of formats: text delimited, rich text, Microsoft Excel, etc… The data can be emailed or posted to our web site. We will work with the customer to deliver any available data so that we can make their jobs as easy as possible.

  • EDI

  • We currently do EDI with Inovis

  • Customized Barcode Shipping Labels

  • We can customize barcode shipping labels in a variety of sizes and formats.

  • ERP Software

  • In addition, we have an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software system (Global Shop Solutions of The Woodlands, Texas) used throughout our facilities. The Global Shop Solutions system begins in the estimating/quoting process and flows through until the order is received, parts are manufactured, shipped, invoiced, collected, and financial statements prepared. The software manages the vital day-to-day business aspects of our company.
