Humanetics has a progressive quality system that can rapidly adjust to meet the demands of the customer. Four years ago, Humanetics became certified to ISO 9002: 1994 by BVQI. At the end of the contract Humanetics transitioned the quality system over to the new requirements of ISO 9001: 2000, a feat that some thought impossible.

The quality of the product manufactured by Humanetics starts with the employee. Humanetics has embraced the concept of building quality into the product instead of inspecting for quality. Each employee is empowered to take responsibility for building parts to the customer's requirements, and to offer suggestions for improvement. The management philosophy is to create an environment where each person is encouraged to use their talents and skills to help the company to be the best at what it does, and to keep the customer coming back.

The Quality department at Humanetics combines the expertise of a highly knowledgeable team with the use of state-of-the-art inspection equipment such as the Brown & Sharpe, Micro-Hite and the Virtek LaserScan2000.
