The Apelio series combines the latest development in the punch press and laser cutting technologies. It was designed for the high volume, short-run production of sheet metal products, especially those that incorporate forming. The laser portion frees up turret stations for the forming, tapping, and other tools. Other benefits include: Less floor space used than two separate machines, standardized turret load, punch and laser without operator intervention, eliminates material handling and the problems associated with processing on two machines.

Our Trumpf, Trumatic L3030, 3000-watt laser more than triples the productive output of flat pattern parts when compared to a conventional punching process. It requires minimal set-up and provides faster cutting speeds and high quality edges.
